CANCELLATIONS
You can change/cancel your appointment free of charge upto 48hrs before your appointment.
Cancellations less than 48hrs will be charged 50% of the service charge.
Cancellations made on the day of appointment or no shows will be required to pay the 100% service charge.
No further appointments will be made until outstanding payments are made.
